I know Silveroak and Martin since 2018 when I was planning to build a house in Coquitlam. After interviewing several builders, a friend who had their home built by Martin years before that introduced him to me. He was so happy with his work and its quality. Martin managed my project with incredible speed, completing my 7,000 sq ft home in less than a year, despite a 10-day delay due to exceptionally cold weather. His trades were outstanding, and Martin knew how to manage them for the best service and pricing. For example, the demolition and excavation costs at the start of the project were almost half of my previous quotations. He always provided me with three quotes for each part of the job, allowing me to go with my option.
